Bottle Ray Spritz + 1 Prosecco
 
Our house Spritz is handcrafted in small batches by the Raygrodski Team. We blend Grapefruit liqueur, the italian bergamot liqueur called italicus, aperol, grapefruit bitters and a citric acid solution for the perfect balance. 
 
Preparation:
Pour 60 ml of Ray Spritz in a wine glass over ice and add 100 ml sparkling wine. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
